Library Lifetime Access — Purchase & Service Agreement

This Purchase & Service Agreement (the "Agreement") applies specifically to the purchase of Library Lifetime Access (the "Product") offered by Straps Academy, whether purchased as a one-time payment or through a multi-payment plan. It supplements — and must be read together with — the Straps Academy Terms, Policies, and Disclaimer, which remain fully applicable. In case of conflict regarding refunds for this Product, this Agreement prevails.

By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

1. What You Are Purchasing

Library Lifetime Access grants you personal, non-transferable, lifetime access to the Straps Academy Library, including all movement analysis videos and premade training programs available at the time of purchase, and all future additions to the Library.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Product's availability on the Straps Academy platform, and does not guarantee indefinite operation of the business or platform itself.
This Product does not include coaching services, 1:1 sessions, personalized programming, movement analysis feedback on your own videos, or any other service reserved for other Straps Academy memberships or products.
Access is granted to the purchasing Customer only. Sharing credentials or content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as set out in the general Terms.

2. Price and Payment

The price is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, in the currency displayed (USD), plus applicable taxes. Promotional pricing (including coupon codes) applies only when the corresponding code or link is used at checkout, and only during the promotional period.
One-time payment option: a single payment grants immediate and permanent access as described in Section 1.
Multi-payment plan option (where offered): the total price is divided into the number of monthly payments displayed at checkout (e.g., 3 monthly payments). All scheduled payments are owed as a condition of lifetime access. If a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved after reasonable attempts to collect, Straps Academy reserves the right to suspend and ultimately revoke access until the balance is settled.
Access is granted only after the first payment has been successfully confirmed by our payment processor.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Straps Academy voluntarily offers the following commercial guarantee on this Product. This guarantee is offered in addition to — and does not replace or reduce — any rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction (including the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 4).

3.1 Guarantee window — starts at the time of purchase

The guarantee period runs for 7 days (168 hours) starting from the exact date and time of your successful payment confirmation, as recorded by our payment processor (the "Purchase Timestamp").
Example: if your payment is confirmed on March 10 at 9:14 PM (UTC), your guarantee window closes on March 17 at 9:14 PM (UTC).
All timestamps are determined by our payment processor's records and expressed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

3.2 How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, stating your name and that you are requesting a refund under this guarantee. No justification is required.
Your request is deemed submitted at the date and time your email is received. A request received within the 168-hour window is valid, even if we process it afterwards.
We recommend keeping a copy of your request email as proof of timely submission.

3.3 What you receive

A full refund of all amounts paid for this Product, issued to the original payment method.
If you purchased through the multi-payment plan: all payments made to date are refunded and all remaining scheduled payments are cancelled.
Refunds are processed promptly upon validation of the request; depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 2 to 10 business days.
Upon refund, your access to the Product is revoked, and any license granted under this Agreement terminates immediately.

3.4 After the guarantee window

Once the 168-hour window has passed, all sales are final, as set out in the general Terms, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law — including the statutory right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers (Section 4) and, where applicable, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act in cases of non-delivery, material non-conformity, or fraud.
For the multi-payment plan: after the guarantee window (and, for EU/UK consumers, after the statutory withdrawal period), remaining scheduled payments remain owed and are not cancellable, as they constitute instalments of the total purchase price of lifetime access already delivered.

3.5 Fair use of the guarantee

This guarantee may be exercised once per Customer for this Product. Straps Academy reserves the right to refuse the voluntary guarantee (but never your statutory rights) in cases of demonstrated abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same content.

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers) — You Keep It

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases: your statutory right of withdrawal remains fully intact. We do not ask you to waive it.

You may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason, by emailing [email protected].
Upon a valid withdrawal, you receive a full refund of all payments made, issued to the original payment method, and any remaining scheduled payments are cancelled. Your access to the Product ends upon refund.
This statutory right applies in addition to the voluntary 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 3 — you may rely on whichever is more favorable to you.

5. Statutory Rights Unaffected

Nothing in this Agreement excludes, limits, or reduces any right or remedy you hold under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, including (where applicable) Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer law. Where such law grants you a broader right than this Agreement, that law prevails.

6. Incorporation of General Terms

All other provisions of the Straps Academy Terms, Policies, and Disclaimer — including those concerning assumption of risk, release of liability, limitation of liability, intellectual property, acceptable use, privacy, eligibility, severability, and governing law — apply to this purchase and are incorporated by reference. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction.
