Straps Academy β Purchase & Service Agreement

This Purchase & Service Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to the purchase of any of the following Straps Academy products (each, a "Product"):
- Straps Academy (the full membership offer)
- SA Library (library-only membership)
- 1:1 Additional Private Class (single additional coaching session)
- Pack of 4 Classes (bundle of four 1:1 private classes)
This Agreement supplements β and must be read together with β the Straps Academy Terms, Policies, and Disclaimer, which remain fully applicable. In case of conflict regarding refunds for a specific Product, this Agreement prevails for that Product.
By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the section(s) of this Agreement applicable to the Product you are purchasing.
Section A β Straps Academy (Full Membership)
A.1 What You Are Purchasing
Straps Academy is a recurring membership granting you personal, non-transferable access to the full Straps Academy platform for as long as your subscription remains active in good standing, including the Library (movement analysis videos and premade training programs), community access, and any other content or features described at checkout.
Access is granted to the purchasing Customer only. Sharing credentials or content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as set out in the general Terms.
A.2 Price and Payment
The price is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, in the currency displayed (USD), plus applicable taxes, billed on a recurring basis (currently monthly) until cancelled.
Promotional pricing (including coupon codes) applies only when the corresponding code or link is used at checkout, and only during the promotional period.
Access is renewed automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle already paid for, except as provided in Section A.3.
A.3 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Straps Academy voluntarily offers the following commercial guarantee on the first payment of this Product. This guarantee is offered in addition to β and does not replace or reduce β any rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction (including the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section D).
The guarantee period runs for 7 days (168 hours) starting from the exact date and time of your first successful payment confirmation, as recorded by our payment processor (the "Purchase Timestamp"). All timestamps are determined by our payment processor's records and expressed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
How to request a refund: Send an email to [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, stating your name and that you are requesting a refund under this guarantee. No justification is required. Your request is deemed submitted at the date and time your email is received.
What you receive: A full refund of your first payment, issued to the original payment method, and immediate cancellation of your subscription. Refunds are processed promptly upon validation; funds typically appear within 2 to 10 business days.
After the guarantee window, all payments already made are final, and future billing continues until you cancel, as set out in the general Terms, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
This guarantee may be exercised once per Customer for this Product. Straps Academy reserves the right to refuse the voluntary guarantee (but never your statutory rights) in cases of demonstrated abuse.
Section B β SA Library
B.1 What You Are Purchasing
SA Library is a recurring membership granting you personal, non-transferable access to the Straps Academy Library, including all movement analysis videos and premade training programs available at the time of purchase, and all future additions to the Library, for as long as your subscription remains active in good standing.
This Product does not include coaching services, 1:1 sessions, personalized programming, movement analysis feedback on your own videos, community access, or any other service reserved for other Straps Academy memberships or products.
Access is granted to the purchasing Customer only. Sharing credentials or content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as set out in the general Terms.
B.2 Price and Payment
The price is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, in the currency displayed (USD), plus applicable taxes, billed on a recurring basis (currently monthly) until cancelled.

B.3 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Same terms as Section A.3, applied to this Product's first payment.
Section C β 1:1 Additional Private Class & Pack of 4 Classes
C.1 What You Are Purchasing
This section applies to:
- 1:1 Additional Private Class: a single one-time private 1:1 coaching session with Mathis MachurΓ©, purchased separately from any membership.
- Pack of 4 Classes: a bundle of four (4) one-time private 1:1 coaching sessions with Mathis MachurΓ©, purchased together at a discounted total price.
These Products grant you the right to schedule and attend the corresponding number of private coaching session(s), for as long as you hold an active Straps Academy membership. They do not include Library access, community access, or any other Straps Academy membership benefit beyond what your active membership already provides.
Sessions must be scheduled through the Kajabi Scheduler and are subject to coach availability.
Validity period: Sessions purchased under this Product remain available for you to schedule and use for as long as your Straps Academy membership remains active. If your membership ends for any reason (cancellation, non-renewal, or termination), any remaining unused session(s) are forfeited immediately and without refund.
Rescheduling / no-show policy: Sessions must be rescheduled through the Kajabi Scheduler at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a session is not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, or if the Customer does not attend, Straps Academy reserves the right to cancel that session and is under no obligation to reschedule or replace it.
Sessions are personal and non-transferable to another individual.
C.2 Price and Payment
The price is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, in the currency displayed (USD), plus applicable taxes, paid as a single one-time payment. Access to schedule the purchased session(s) is granted only after payment has been successfully confirmed by our payment processor.
C.3 Refund Policy
Because these Products reserve the coach's time and availability, and because access to unused sessions is tied to your active membership as described in Section C.1, the following applies instead of the 7-day guarantee described in Sections A.3 / B.3:
- Purchases of the 1:1 Additional Private Class and the Pack of 4 Classes are final and non-refundable, whether or not the session(s) have been scheduled or completed.
- The Customer keeps the right to schedule and use any remaining, unused session(s) for as long as their Straps Academy membership remains active, as described in Section C.1.
- A session that has been scheduled and completed is, in any event, non-refundable.
All sales under this Section C are final, as set out in the general Terms, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law (Section D).
Section D β Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers) β You Keep It
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases: your statutory right of withdrawal remains fully intact. We do not ask you to waive it.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason, by emailing [email protected] β except where you have expressly requested that a service begin immediately during the withdrawal period and that service (e.g., a completed 1:1 session) has been fully performed, in which case the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that specific session, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Upon a valid withdrawal, you receive a full refund of all payments made for the unperformed portion of the Product, issued to the original payment method. For subscriptions, this ends future billing; for classes, this applies to unscheduled, unused sessions.
This statutory right applies in addition to the voluntary guarantees described above β you may rely on whichever is more favorable to you.
Section E β Statutory Rights Unaffected
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, limits, or reduces any right or remedy you hold under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, including (where applicable) Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer law. Where such law grants you a broader right than this Agreement, that law prevails.
Section F β Incorporation of General Terms
All other provisions of the Straps Academy Terms, Policies, and Disclaimer β including those concerning assumption of risk, release of liability, limitation of liability, intellectual property, acceptable use, privacy, eligibility, severability, and governing law β apply to every purchase under this Agreement and are incorporated by reference. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction.
